Meet Shinee

Our flagship build

Shinee is the flagship conversion from Elevated Vanworks, Steve's Reno van shop. It's built for people who bring gear: bikes and boards ride inside, the bench folds out of the way, and the whole van is insulated and heated so it works in January as well as July.

We designed it with a sailboat sensibility: a lot of storage in a small space, and a place for everything. Winter traction tires, Owl Offroad suspension, and an Espar diesel furnace mean you can chase snow, desert, or coastline in the same week.

The galley

Cook real meals, not just reheat

A custom live-edge walnut countertop, a deep sink, a generous fridge, and a dual induction cooktop. It comes stocked so you only bring food.

  • Lodge cast iron skillets
  • Japanese tea kettle made for induction
  • Insulated Chemex with filters
  • Matching dinnerware and flatware
  • Compact camp stove for cooking outside

Living & sleeping

A warm bed in any season

A queen bed for two, overhead soft cabinets, and drawers under the bench. The van is well insulated, and the Espar diesel furnace keeps it cozy on cold Sierra nights. A ceiling fan and awning handle the hot ones.

Off the pavement

Built to go past where the road gets rough

Owl Offroad suspension, winter traction tires, solar power, and a garage under the bed for 29" mountain bikes, skis, or totes. All the toys stay locked up inside.

Thinking about extra-adventurous terrain? Ask us first. There's a good chance we've already tried it.
